CHIA SEED: The Maya were correct when they named this superfood “strength.” Loaded with protein, anti-oxidants, fiber, and omega 3 fatty acids, Chia also contains boron which is essential for bone health. Chia contains 600mg of calcium, as compared to 120mg from a cup of cow’s milk. GROUND FLAX SEED: Flax seeds are a rich source of energy and contain many nutrients, minerals, anti-oxidants and vitamins that are essential for optimum health.
